While the current Major League team is going through the worst slump EVER the future looks bright.
ZEKE has been drafting purposely for pitching as it is so hard to acquire otherwise (major trades, major FA signings). The following starters in AAA are coming along nicely:
Christian Woods
Projected out as a 80 overall he'll have excellent control at 92! His splits 52/62 are low but are made up by his quality pitches of 92/73/48/44. He'll make for a big time workhorse with a 29 stamina and 100 durability. Here are his stats so far this season:
G 6 / GS 6 / W 3 / L 1 / Inn 37 / H 36 / ER 16 / HR 6 / BB 13 / SO 30
OAV .240 / OBP .309 / SLG .387 / WHIP 1.31 / ERA 3.86
Cesar Romano
Projected 77 with 84 control, splits 62/64 with pitches of 79/71/66/55.
Another quality starter with 29 dur and 90 stam, although he's struggling so far with these AAA stats:
G / GS / W / L / Inn / H / ER / HR / BB / SO
6 / 6 / 0 / 3 / 35.0 / 43 / 28 / 7 / 9 / 32
OAV / OBP / SLG / WHIP / ERA

Karim Carreras
Projected 73, with only 51 ctrl, however 64/83 splits and pitches 83/75/58/52.
Dur 23/stam 82 he's also struggling in AAA but will develop into a fine pitcher:
G / GS / W / L / Inn / H / ER / HR / BB / SO
5 / 5 / 0 / 0 / 28.0 / 36 / 17 / 2 / 11 / 25
OAV / OBP / SLG / WHIP / ERA

Julio Hernandez
A closer with 74 ctrl, 82/84 splits and pitches of 85/80/48.
Dur 44/stam 32 another one struggling but has previous excellent stats:
/
G / W / L / SV / SVO / Inn / H / R / ER
9 / 0 / 0 / 2 / 4 / 7 / 9.2 / 11 / 10
OAV / OBP / SLG / WHIP / ERA
.268 / .362 / .585 / 1.55 / 4.66
Jo-jo Crosby
Not many hitting stars but this one is the jewel of the system!
Power 87, splits 66/72, contact 66/eye 85. Nice ratings!
G / AB / R / H / 2B / 3B / HR / RBI / BB / SO
28 / 102 / 18 / 32 / 6 / 1 / 6 / 23 / 10 / 20

MOVING ONTO AA
More pitchers developing!
Glen Daniels
Another rising star with ovr 75. Control of 83, splits 63/88, pitches 83/80/70/60.

OAV / OBP SLG / WHIP / ERA

Juan Ortiz

Emil Gonzales

.143 / .250 / .190 / 1.00 / 1.50
Absolutely NO talent in High-A!
Low-A is developing some promising on base speedsters:
Albert Cabrera
Future OF has 67 OVR, 84 eye, 81 contact, 84 BaseIQ and 88 speed.
G / AB / R / H / 2B / 3B / HR / RBI / BB / SO
23 / 61 / 12 / 18 / 0 / 2 / 0 / 3 / 12 / 5
SB / CS
2 / 4
AVG / OBP / SLG / OPS
.295 / .419 / .361 / .780
Terrific on base but not very well in the stolen base department, although this seems to be a system wide problem. SBA were set at average, now infrequent and STILL getting caught!
Rabbit Bacsik
OVR 64, 77 eye, 98 contact, 87 base IQ, speed 100.
Lethal combination!
Low-A stats:
G / AB / R / H / 2B / 3B / HR / RBI / BB / SO
29 / 118 / 29 / 35 / 4 / 0 / 3 / 19 / 20 / 13
SB / CS
9 / 1
AVG / OBP / SLG / OPS
.297 / .399 / .407 / .806
So, that's it! I know it's a little early in the season to be doing this but I got bored :) Looking forward to the draft.
